For your listening pleasure, the latest episode of my show Alchemy Sessions on DI.FM Radio, two hours of progressive beamed straight to your brain (this part may not actually be true)!

On this episode of Alchemy Sessions on DI.FM, I got some new tunes for the show but then dug into some past episodes and brought home some favorites of mine.

Continued support for Snowball Project and remixer Evren Furtuna on their phenomenal track Ambivalence, Freedolph - Reverbeo Vibrato on Dumb Dan’s label Dumb Recordings (love that guy,) John Dahlback’s Bellybutton, and Federico Epis - Silver Chordz (which I still play at least once a week.) Really killing it this show is as Claes Rosen’s hammering remix of Kostas Skrotas’s Tears on the Leaf and the two awesome Fine Taste tunes, which are definitely some of my all-time favorites.

August 2008 set for AntiFM Radio, an eclectic mix of the progressive, house, and electro I had on hand. This month’s promo mix features several tracks from one of my recent favorite producers from Bydgoszcz, Poland, Roberto Bedross. My favorite track of his at the moment is Expectancy but his latest EP release has a killer track, Storm.

Also, check out track 3, the Shiloh remix of Joel Armstrong’s “After Later,” a groove I just can’t keep out of my head.

Last night's teriyaki chicken:

1 pack of boneless chicken breasts, washed up a bit
1 bottle teriyaki sauce (Kikkoman in this case)
1 can pineapple slices

Chicken -> glass dish, splash teriyaki sauce till it looks like it's got enough. coat with pineapple slices until you've added too many pineapple slices, then add a few more. make sure you put the juice in the pan too. throw some "Crazy Mixed Up Salt" or whatever you like onto it till you think there's enough.

Cover with a tent of aluminum and put it in the oven and bake it somewhere between 375 and 425 for a while (an hour or so I guess?) and check to make sure the thickest pieces of chicken are done through and through. Cook it longer if it needs more cooking.

When the chicken is done, put the oven on Broil, and cook it till the pineapple slices are nice and caramelized (turning brown) or until you think it looks done.

Tonight's teriyaki chicken sandwiches:

Last night's teriyaki chicken (sliced up and "crumbled") and the pineapple slices, on honey wheat bread, slices of tomato, and some mayo, with a glass of milk.
